Required privilege for publish shift in team schedule page

Summary

I want privilege for publish shifts in team schedule page from manager login

Content

Manager changed shifts for there reportees in team schedule page. After that manager tried to publish shifts but system is throughing error.I have added seeded role to other manager that manager is able to publish shifts.

For this manager I have added custom role in that role I have added below privileges in function security policies.

1.Manage Team Schedule

2.View Published Schedule

3. Manage Planned Schedule

Kindly help me if any one having idea on this privilege.
