Skipping timecard approval for APPROVED Timecards when resubmitted

Content

Hi All,

We have Timecard approval setup enabled and it's working fine for 'Entered' status timecards.

Sometimes we resubmit all 'Approved' timecards of the month to consider the leaves that were applied late.

We use 'Mass Submit And Approve Time Cards' process to resubmit time cards.

Problem is that it again sends approval notifications to managers for TC which were approved earlier.

Is there a way we can validate the TC status in the BPM? What condition can I add in the rule to avoid sending for approvals?

It should get auto-approved.

Howdy, Stranger!
