We have a custom icon for our Learning portal. Can we upload it to use on the Me landing page?

In the new Responsive UI, can we upload custom icon images to use on Landing pages?   I thought I saw custom icons use a while ago, when a custom application was built and added to the landing page.  Can this be done in RUI?
