Aggregation to Parent level from calculated members (one being %)

The aggregation is calculation of the totals of sum of the members, not the sum of the calculated values.

Aggregation of the UPP Indirect Costs is not registered as I would like. On parent Level of the cost centres it aggregates the % Overhead (97%) and aggregates the 'UPP Revenue Input' 
I would Like the individual Values to be aggregated

The UPP Indirect Costs is calculated SUM of 'UPP Overhead Amount' + 'SOC Overhead Amount')
The UPP Overhead Amount  is calculated from '% Overhead' * 'UPP Revenue Input'

% Overhead property is 'Never' -> nothing and no Amount in UPP Indirect Costs
if % Overhead is ~ (ignore) -> 97%
