Absence Plan Proration based on a specific dates

We have a requirement where we need a proration on a specific day type. Like if a person joins the organization on any day before 1stNov of the current year then 2 days will going to accrue while if a person joins the orgaination on or after 1stNov of that current year than only 1 day will get accrue.

 

1) If an employee joins the organization before 1stNov of that current year than 2 day will accrue.

2) If an employee joins the organization on or after 1stNov of that current year than 1 day will accrue.
