Why does FscmTopModelAM.FinExtractAM.GlBiccExtractAM.BalanceExtractPVO not include creation_date column?

Why is creation_date missing from BICC Balance Extract PVO?  Is there a reason why this would not be included.  We have a requirement to use this field in our validation process after extraction.  Can creation_date be added?
