Is the "Daily Recruiting Report" capability available in Fluid?

The TEE documentation refers to the "Daily Recruiting Report"

We have enabled the permissions on the necessary User Types with permission “View and manage the daily recruiting report”; however this has not generated any emails or notifications to the applicable users.

The note refers to "The daily recruiting report is configured in the requisition Reports tab". In Fluid, there is no Requisition Report tab. We have searched on many screens in the Recruiting Center and Configuration Center but have not found anything.

Any advice on getting this capability working on Fluid?
