I have done the below set up 

-Manage Transit Time-In Transit Time set beiween supplier Adress(Origin type -External) and  Organisation( Origin Type -Internal)

Manage Transportation schedule

Local Sourcing Rules- Buy from sourcing rule set up between Supplier and Org

 

The planned Order displays the shipping method set between the supplier site and Org . But the Transit time shows Zero.
