Partial Accrual Period Formula - 1st day of month

Hi experts,

We have the following requirement to calculate the days of holidays depending on the hire date of the employee:

  • If you enter in the company the first day of the month, you will have 2 days of holidays
  • If you enter in the second day of the month or after that date, you will not have days of holidays for that month.

For that we create a fast formula which control de balance by date, but we don´t find ways to control the first day of the month.

I´ve attached the formula that we have right now, but I said before we need to make some changes to get that requirement.

Howdy, Stranger!
