Audit Reports > Ability to Capture Adjust Balance Performed on Employee

Hello All,
I will appreciate your support on the following issue: Some Annual Leaves and Adjustments were added on the employee (PNumber=7) by HR user. Moreover, Audit Trail is activated on Absence Management and Global Human Resources. However, in Audit Reports, it seems only Annual Leave is displayed, not the Adjust Balance operations. Can you please advise if possible to display Adjust Balance operations in Audit Reports?
