Spreadsheet Loader Work schedule Assignment

Adding new rows to the file does not work

Hi,

I just started testing out using spreadsheet loader to create new objects such as work schedules, patterns etc. For all the other loaders, it works perfectly file if i copy/paste an existing row, then just update the values i want. However this does not work for WorkScheduleAsgmnt_ExcelRT

Is there a reason for this? Is there workaround?
