1. Technical Evaluation - Collaborative Team
2. Commercial Evaluation - Buyer
3. Presentations - Collaborative Team
4. Face to Face Interview - Collaborative Team
5. Onsite Visit Evaluation - Independent Evaluator 

Does RFB/RFP offer any standard out of the box functionality for multistage evaluation also is there any possibility to add individual or collaborative team member at stages of evaluation and not at header
