Making Attachment Mandatory for Supplier Internal Registration

How do we mandate the attachment on the Internal Supplier Registration flow?

Gurus,

I know a lot of folks have asked for making attachment mandatory on the external registration flow, but is there any solution where we can make the attachment field mandatory for the Internal Supplier Registration flow. We do not want any registration requests submitting without an W-9 attached to it.

 

I tried the page composer, but there is no ability to edit the attachment component to mark it mandatory.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
