Experience and/or recommendations for loading cover art image files to associate with a course via H

We have recently licensed content from a third-party provider and uploaded to our environment via a delivered integration, which creates both a course and offering automatically for each delivered online content item. This has been extremely helpful, however no thumbnail is included, and so we have a large portion of our courses displaying with the default filmstrip image rather than an icon or other image that would be more meaningful - and with over 1,000 courses, uploading thumbnail/cover art images to each course individually is not feasible.

We have created and utilized successfully a number of spreadsheet templates to curate this content by updating titles, setting community relations and grouping multiple activities into a single offering.  In reviewing the spreadsheet template for the
