The Workforce Management Time Device Export Data process doesn't read the Badge ID and Schedule dataContent
Hi All,
When running the Workforce Management Time Device Export Data process, the output XML file doesn't contain the Badge ID and schedule data of the employees. In the XML file, all the employees of the HCM Group are listed, but no badge ID or work schedule.
When we setup the Time Device Export Data, we checked all the fields: first name, last name, badge ID, payroll data, schedule. Only employee's first and last name are available in the XML file.
Can you, please, help on this ?
