Summary

This happpen only for this year 2021. Several workers reported that their Absence/Leave Balance is not deducting when they apply leaves.

Content

The customer just recently upgraded to 21A in the last week of April2021. And there comes several reports of their Absence/Leave entries applied to the application not being deducted from the Plan Balances. They have reported these to Annual and Hospitalization Leaves. These are the Investigation Outcome working with Oracle SR:

- We have checked their record last year 2020, and they are fine and all entries are deducting.

- We have checked all fast formulas and there was no update since 2020 and all are from Oracle Implementation (OCSC )
