Hello, I have a question regarding the quality rating. For the same lanes and modes, we could have different service providers proposing different lead-time or cost. Now the preferred rates could be the less optimal one so meaning more expensive and with a longer lead-time.

If we add a quality rating on the less preferred rates but cheaper, then OTM will select first the rates without the quality rating so the preferred rate but only IF the lead-time is equal or longer then the other rates. If a rate has shorter lead-time but a higher weighed cost then OTM will see this as the optimal choice and will select this rate during a bulk plan.

Howdy, Stranger!
