Property Allowed List Not Displaying for Specific App

Has anyone had an issue where a property containing an allowed list, which is used by multiple apps, does not trigger for a specific app? It was working previously and recently stopped displaying the allowed list. The same property is associated to other apps and works appropriately. I am hoping I don't have to re-commit registration for the app since allowed lists clear when registering apps.
