Developing sites components based on seeded component examples

Hello,

I would like to create a copy of the component "Content List" which is available on the sites editor of OCE, to use as a baseline for a custom component I am developing. However, the component is not available in the list of components under the "Developer > Components" section in the OCE interface, nor can I download the component using the OCE Toolkit. I am an administrator with full privileges to the instance.

Are seeded components purposefully hidden from developers? Is there a way to enable them for development or download/import the component assets from Oracle?
