We are exploring option to achieve a requirement and wanted to check with you guys if it is possible. We have a dedicated mailbox where we receive emails from users including externals users(emails from external email domains including gmail etc). Is it possible to create service request as soon as email received and and service request should be created with the same category always. If it is possible any insight how it can be achieved will be greatly appreciated.
