Multiple Notifications for same Action

Hi Team,
When the line manager is approving the Absence Request, the employee receiving 3 emails which says the below items. Attached the screen shot for your reference.
1 Approved
2 FYI
3 Submitted
We want our system to send only 1 Notifications for 1 Action.
Please guide us.
