Creating a .dat extension file for loading via HDL based on an Excel and/or .csv file

Our team generally creates Spreadsheet Templates for uploading Learning data when needed.  However, when we recently requested assistance with loading files via HDL via a related post, the solution was to compress the .dat file with a folder (BlobFiles) of the related media and upload as a .zip file, and thus our typical method was not available.

To implement the solution, we used an Excel spreadsheet to set up the data lines and then converted the file from a .csv to a .dat file using Notepad before zipping with the media folder.
