21B Issue: Unable to create PR/PO successfully with fusion source

We recently got 21B in the test envt, and while releasing the PO/PR from planning, release request is getting completed successfully and its creating a req but status of req on purchasing is showing as "Incomplete".

This issue is happening only after 21B upgrade.

Are you also experiencing the similar issue in your environment?

Were you able to use any workaround to overcome this issue?
