OTL Time cards not generating from Time Events with New Status

Hi All,

Some of the time events fail to convert to timecard due to some reason and status goes to 'Failed'.

Then I reset the status of time events to 'New' using below action.

Actions >> 'Reset Failed Event Status'

After resetting status to 'New', the timecard program "Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices" should pick these new records to process timecards.

But it not picking. Kindly let me know what am I missing here.

In earlier versions, it used to work.
