Calendar Events Access for HR Specialists

Is there a better way for HR Specialist users to navigate to Manage Calendar events page? My customer's HR user is looking for a shorter path and access it through a direct page entry from My client groups itself.

I tried searching in deep links to configure page entry but couldn't find any. Any work around or other way suggested?
