Mapping of Multiple Resource to a One Resource for a Work Order

Hello Friends

We have a situation where there is a group of Machine "Casting Lines" . All lines are identical. But One of the line will be used during execution. I am going to define Resource as "Casting Lines" with 3 assigned units in Operation step. Where do I mention which ONE of the LINE will be used for a Work Order during execution.

In EBS it used to resource Instances, not sure how and where we can set up this.

Please suggest.
