Absence Approval Notification > Employee notified 3 times after absence is approved

Hello All,

I will appreciate your support in the following issue: After an employee submits an absence request and it is approved, the employee is notified 3 times: He receives 3 notifications: SUBMITTED, APPROVED, and FYI (Please find screenshots below)

Can you please advise how to have the employee receives only the APPROVED notification?

Absence Approval Workflow: First approver is Line Manager, second approver is HR Director and finally HR Manager is notified.
