SSO works fine for our original identity domain.   We use MS Azure for SSO authentication.

We recently purchased another instance of ePBCS for a new application, and it has a different identity domain, but it's in the same Oracle data center as the original identity domain.

I've been working with my infrastructure guy to get SSO working in the new environment, but we keep getting errors.

For SSO configuration Step 2, should I be able to copy the Issuer ID, Signing Certificate, Encryption Certificate, and SSO Service URL from the working environment, and put those in the new / non-working environment?  Or will items be different?  I did try this, but when I click the Test button, I get a blue page that says, "Oracle Access Manager" and "System error,  Please contact the System Administrator".
