I used Oracle Analytic during the rial period. Then I left the database down.  Oracle pop-up kept asking me to upgrade.  I clicked the upgrade button. Now I am charge  $51.61/day.  I opened Oracle Support Ticket, she/he said the bill is correct.  I am the only one who has access to the Oracle Cloud account.  I did not use Oracle Analytic, and the database has been down.  The charges occur after the database was down.

Do you have this problem? Any advice?  I suppose I can ask my credit card company to block bills from Oracle. However, I think that recurrent incorrect charges make people lost trust in the company.  To make a matter worst, Oracle Support was not able to rectify the situation.
