It is often that we get SRs or Support posts internally or Customer Connect queries on issues encountered in various Self Service Procurement flows. We observe on further analysis that the customers themselves and/or support could gain requisite clarity on the problem by leveraging the various diagnostic tests that are available. This can be an effective tool to analyze and in many cases, gain immediate perspective on what the issue is and steps needed to resolve them, thus obviating where appropriate the need to contact support.
