Overtime calculation Rule

Hi, 

we are implementing T&L. We have to manage Overtime. Every minutes that overcome the scheduled Hour (planned in the work shift) have to be calculated for Overtime Elements. 

So, we have created a regular payroll and a overtime element. 

We have seen that there is a lot of standard FF and Time Rule Template but we have not find a Time Rule that can help us to satisfy the business requirement.
