Capital Module Integration - Lease Payments

Is there any reason why there is no option to integrate lease payments with the Financials module?

We are integrating the Capital Module with the Financial Module for plan data and we are posting a balanced balance sheet from the Capital Module.

'Lease Payments' is missing from the out of the box integration for Lease Accounts, but 'Cash Outflow from Capital Additions' exists for Tangible Accounts - is there a reason for this?

Our workaround is to create a second data map just for Lease Payments and map it to the required account in Financials.
