Price or Reprice based on EFF date at header

Pricing or re pricing of order has to be based on EFF Date of sales order header

Hello,

We have a requirement where Pricing / Re pricing to be based on EFF Date at sales order header.

By Default, If a revision is created the price is being overridden but in this case order has to be repriced only based on EFF Date. If EFF Date is changed, the reprice should happen.

This is only till the order is shipped / fulfilled.
