Has anyone figured out how to create a default sort order for the asset workbench for a column other than Asset Id.  

Or, is there a way to force the assets to show in a parent/child configuration? 

Trying to solve a display  issues when you insert assets and associate them to an existing parent. The assets do not appear under the parent, so if using confgurator with ABO it is difficult for the user to determine which configuration model the asset belongs with.
