Is there any Webservice to add attachment on the Oracle CPQ quote ?

Hi Team,

Customer is using Salesforce CRM. Oracle CPQ is invoked with in SFDC (iFrame).

When the Quote is configured in Oracle CPQ, we are able to attach PDF in CPQ and export to SFDC.

The new requirement is to add attachment to the quote in SFDC directly, and it should be imported into Oracle CPQ (as attachment on the quote).

Is there any Webservice to add attachment on the CPQ quote ?

Is there any other workaround (not manual) in case there is no available webservice to add attachment on the quote?
