Fetching the correct Legal Employer value

Hello,
I am trying to add to Create Work Relationship the Local Name section.
It suppose to be displayed with a condition for specific Legislation.
For example, to show the Local Name section only for US employees.
I've added the string below with EL Expression in Page Composer
#{row.bindings.RenderLocalName.attributeValue or row.bindings.LocalLegislationCode.attributeValue eq 'US'}
As I checked, Oracle returns the value of the previous Legal Employer and not the one that was selected by the user in the Legal Employer field.
What should I change in my Expression in order to fetch the correct LE (the one that was selected in the Legal Employer field).
