EPM Cloud: What are the ways to exchange data between different Planning Applications?

Hi, there is plenty of information about exchanding data between cubes, but what are the ways to exchange data betweet two separete cloud based Planning applications?

The most obvious one is FDM/Data Management, but it's not always convenient to use.

Thus, please share your experiences / knowledge about other ways to exchange data between two cloud based Planning applications.

In particular - is it possible to use following techniques for that purpose:

• @XREF / @XWRITE ?
• @CalcMgrMDXDataCopy ?
• Data Maps ?
• Is it possible to combine rules form different cloud based planning applications into rulesets?
