Is it possible to have absence plan term for more than a year?

edited May 24, 2021 1:50PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary

We would like to configure absence plan for two years period. So I would like to know how that can be achieved.

Content

We have a new policy on sick leave, which has different entitlement for OPD and hospitalization. The hospitalization leave entitlement is for two years period. So an employee can take certain number of days within two years. It has slabs with different percentage of salary payments, which should not be an issue if we can define plan term as two years. So the real challenge is how to define a plan with term as two years. Any suggestions?
