Report Bursting for failed emp

Hi,

We have created report with bursting, and scheduled the report , after report run , for some emp's mail is triggered but for others delivers is failed as bursting query returns email id as null for these emp's, we have changed the busting query to return valid email id, Now how can we send email to only those emps for which it got failed please?
