Time Card generated with Overtime > Overtime not considered > How to sync with Absence Management Mo

Hello All,

I will appreciate your support in the issue below:

We have configured a weekly time calculation rule for the overtime (threshold = 40 hours). The Time Card is generated from the Time Events from 16.05.2021 to 22.05.21 (with 1 hour overtime on 16.05, 17.05, and 20.05 – total = 3 hours) and employee submitted an annual leave on 18.05.21 (Via Self-Service Absence management). However, on the Time Card, the overtime calculated is 0 because the total reported time is less than 40.

Can you please advise how to take in consideration the annual leave submitted on 18.05.21 (7h)?

Note: When there is no annual leave submitted in the period 16.05.2021 to 22.05.21, overtime is calculated correctly.

Howdy, Stranger!
