Post 21A Custom Evaluator Types Missing

Post 21A, we noticed the custom evaluator type/instance qualifier we created for talent profile ratings is now gone. We had a competency section in the talent profile, and a rated performance document previously linked to that custom evaluator type, and now those are not showing on the talent profile (skills & qualifications) page. When trying to add a rating from the UI, the evaluator type shows as "null".

The ratings from the performance document are still saved in My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Documents, but everything is erased from Skills & Qualifications.

Has anyone else had this issue? Were custom evaluator types erased in a previous CWB or upgrade and not mentioned to customers? We have an SR open but have not gotten an answer.

Howdy, Stranger!
