My Team TimeCards appearance has changed - Even though responsive UI was not enabled

We have not opted to go with the responsive UI layout for 21B. However, the appearance for team time cards has changed without any modifications being applied. 

Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

We also face ADF FACES exceptions with each new release.
