Mass Salary load ending with error

Hi All,

We are try to complete the Mass Salary Load after 21B upgrade.
It was working fine before and we used this functionality to complete the Mass Salary changes. Now, it is ending with the error.

"The salary start date must be earlier than the salary end date. (CMP-1005122)"
"The start date {START_DATE} or end date 2021-07-31 for this salary record is invalid because it overlaps with an existing record. (CMP-1005156)"
"Row changes could not be applied: resubmit the changes".

Navigation to do this Mass Salary update: My Client Groups --> Compensation -->Download Salaries --> Provide criteria and Click on Preview --> Manage in Spreadsheet. Excel will open and we have update the below fields:Salary Change Date, New Salary and Action.
