ORA-20001: Formula * can't be executed because it isn't compiled.

Summary

Has anyone run into this error? The Fast Formula successfully compiles in the Fast Formulas work area, but I get this error.

We're using a fast formula to define absence plan enrollment eligibility. The enrollment works and the user gets a balance, but when trying to add an absence, this error appears.
