Learning increase video speed

Hello experts

Some clients have been questioning if it is possible to let users increase viedo speed or reduce as needed.
Something similar to use a plugin like this https://www.jwplayer.com/developers/web-player-demos/set-playback-rate/

We know that the users must see the whole video to it be set as completed but is it possible to increase video speed?
