ExtractAndPurge from Interface Tables

We followed the Cloud customer connect post https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/752bec430a

to Purge the Interface table data using the "ErpIntegrationService" and Operation: extractAndPurge

However, when we ran the same operation in either SOAP UI or OIC, we are getting the following error:
