I need to correct a termination date but get error.  I added a rule to BPM workflow to route to AOR is manager is missing, but I am still getting the  same error. 

The approval history can't be displayed because the current user does not have any manager assigned.

Client received SOAP Fault from server : JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_RCRD_MSNG: <MESSAGE><NUMBER></NUMBER><TEXT>The record Supervisor doesn't exist.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>

 

 I can submit the request but get an error in the transaction console:

 

Error caused by SOA component or the underlying HWF configuration or a Supervisor hierarchy setup issue.
