Handling start date changes for Pending Workers and Employees
Hi - to accommodate changes in start dates or deal with employees deciding not to join (non-starters), we follow different processes depending on whether it's a PW record or an Employee record. The process steps we follow are as listed below, which also includes re-opening the requisitions in ORC for hiring incase of non-starters.
Can someone please suggest if we're doing these correctly or is there a better way of handling either of these processes ? With Process 6, I know we're doing something wrong as it's creating a gap between the PW and Employee records.
