TRCS Journals creating variance due to rounding

TRCS journal shows a variance due to the rounding rules. Can anyone help how to resolve this variance problem.

In fact the journals are balanced. It is just that due to rounding formulae, it shows a variance of 1 which has to be manually taken care again.

 

Case1: In this case the journal is showing a variance of 1. However, if you add up the actual numbers in the journal, the credit numbers add up to 43,360,983 rather than 43,360,982 as shown. This means in fact that the journal is balanced, not imbalanced, as the totals would suggest.

Case2:  In this case the totals agree and the numbers add up to the totals but it is still showing a variance of  1
