Global Search Bar - Slow to load suggestions, do you turn off? How are the suggestions defined?

Hello,

We have feedback from users and can experience it for ourselves, when clicking on the global search bar, the system uses resources to render a list of 'suggestions' I believe which is made up of:

• People - at the top your direct reports, and then what I can only see as random other employees I'm not sure why the system thinks I am searching for them (what is the logic here?)
• Actions - seems to be alphabetical order, out of all the actions in the system, it is highly unlikely that the 7 starting with A will ever really be the one I was just about to type
